Tacos made in a crisp bag. What's not to love!
Ingredients

1 grab bag tortilla chips
-
200g your fav mince
-
1 tablespoon Smokey Dragon Rub
-
1 handful Cheddar or Mexican cheese
-
2 spring onions
-
Handful shredded lettuce
-
Handful chopped tomato
-
Pickled Jalapeños
-
Pinch fresh Corriander
-
Loads of Bella Muerte mild hot sauce

Dollop of soured cream
Directions
Fry off your mince for 5 minutes or until cooked through.
Add the Smokey Dragon rub and cook for a further minute then set aside.
Cut the tortilla chips along the side and open out.
Chuck everything on top of the crisps starting with the mince and the cheese.
Top with soured cream and Bella Muerte hot sauce then devour.
