A super quick and delicious take on fried egg and potatoes. Topped off with a generous helping of soured cream and hot sauce.
Ingredients
-
1/2 bag chilled gnocchi
-
1 small brown onion (diced)
-
1 egg
-
1 knob of butter
-
1 teaspoon Pizza The Action seasoning
-
2 teaspoons soured cream
-
A dash of Smokey Dragon hot sauce
-
Sprinkle of chives
-
Sprinkle of Parmesan cheese
Directions
Fry off the onion in melted butter until soft
Blanch the gnocchi for 30 seconds in salted water
Add the gnocchi to the onions and top with the Pizza The Action seasoning. Fry for another minute.
Add an egg, mix and fry until cooked through.
Spoon into a bowl and top with soured cream, hot sauce, chives and Parmesan cheese.
