Translation: Make genuinely good shit that they don’t sell in the supermarket.

Favour non-traditional distribution that puts the customer first.
Translation: Selling online so we don’t have to give supermarket X all your money (which would mean that we had to make less good stuff to save on costs).
How are we going to do that?
Become the conduit for condiment fans around the world.
Translation: Being the place that condiment obsessives like us can hang out and get ideas.
