Shipping policy
Within the UK, we aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days (Mo-Fr) - this time is irrespective of shipping method selected.
Tracked 48 takes around 2-3 working days to arrive (and is fully tracked)
Tracked 24 takes around 1-2 working days to arrive (and is fully tracked)
Timeframes are aims, not guarantees. They can increase due to bank holidays or other busy post times (Black Friday, Christmas...)
We always include your parcel reference or tracking number with your order, so please check this before emailing us as your parcel might be held at your local depot waiting for you :) If you still require help, please feel free to get in touch!
CUSTOM SAUCE ORDERS: Processing time for custom orders is two weeks + shipping, so from ordering to receiving your item(s), allow at least 16 days. If you order on a weekend, this time starts on the following Monday.
If you order a custom item with other items, everything will ship together - expect 16+ days.

International Shipping
USA
We are pleased to offer shipping to the United States
By ordering from us, you, the recipient agrees to be the importer of record and be responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes and compliance with local import regulations. We are not responsible for items seized, rejected or destroyed by USA customs or the FDA and will not be issuing any refunds for delays due to inspections or items that have bee confiscated - as well as items delayed or rejected.
Shipping is done via Royal Mail International Tracked and usually takes 5-7 working days. It is priced as follows:
$19.99 for orders up to 2kg
$45 for orders up to 4kg
$60 for orders up to 6kg
$70 for orders up to 8kg
$85 for orders up to 10kg
$100 for orders up to 15kg
Australia
We ship to Australia using Royal Mail Tracked. Our processing time can be slightly longer than for domestic orders. Due to biosecurity laws, we cannot ship all our products, but a vast majority is available.
Prices are:
£12.99 for orders up to 500g
£14.99 for orders up to 1kg
£18.99 for orders up to 1.5kg
£22.99 for orders up to 2kg
£26.99 for orders up to 3kg
£36.99 for orders up to 5kg
New Zealand
We ship to New Zealand using Royal Mail Tracked. Our processing time can be slightly longer than for domestic orders. Due to biosecurity laws, we cannot ship all our products, but a vast majority is available.

£26.99 for orders up to 2kg
£42.99 for orders up to 5kg
From 1 July 2026, the EU is introducing a 3€ customs duty per item category on low-value parcels entering the EU from outside the EU. This is an EU customs charge and is not set or controlled by us. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import charges due on delivery. We are unable to refund orders or shipping costs where a parcel is refused due to unpaid customs/import charges.
Republic of Ireland
Our processing times are the same as with UK orders. The maximum order value under IOSS is €150.
Shipping is done with DPD on a 2-day service and the pricing is as follows:
12,99 for order value up to €39,99
€9,99 for order value up to €79,99
€5,99 for order value up to €99,99
FREE for order value between €100 and €140 (IOSS caps us at €150)
Germany
We ship to Germany using Royal Mail Tracked. Our processing times are the same as with UK orders. The maximum order value under IOSS is €150.

Express Shipping
Tracked 24 is currently our fastest UK shipping option, but we cannot guarantee next day delivery. Also be advised processing time still applies.
Packaging
Our main aim is to securely wrap your items so they arrive with you in excellent condition. As the environment is important to us, we will, where possible, use recycled and recyclable packaging and as little plastic as possible. Any plastic packaging we are sent by our suppliers we re-use as we think this is the best way to minimise our waste as a business. If you can, please re-use and recycle our packaging. We ship using branded tape, if you want unbranded, email us before dispatch.
