Gift Subscription – Terms & Conditions

Overview

This gift subscription is a prepaid product that provides the recipient with access to our condiment subscription service for a fixed number of boxes. It is redeemed via a unique code and must be used in accordance with the terms below.

Redemption & Use

- The gift subscription code can only be redeemed against our subscription product (including the initiation box and subsequent scheduled boxes).

- It cannot be used for any other products, services, or purchases on our website.

- The recipient must redeem the code by purchasing the initiation box to activate the subscription.

Non-Exchangeable & Non-Refundable

- Gift subscriptions are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit, or an alternative gift card.

- They cannot be transferred into monetary value or used outside of the subscription offering.

Subscription Commitment

- The gift subscription covers a fixed number of boxes as selected at the time of purchase.

- If the recipient cancels their subscription before all prepaid boxes are fulfilled, any remaining value is forfeited and cannot be refunded or reissued.

Scheduling & Cut-Off Dates

- After redeeming the initiation box, recipients will join the standard subscription schedule.

- Cut-off dates apply to each shipment cycle. Depending on the redemption date, the next box may fall into the following scheduled dispatch period.

Pausing & Skipping

- Recipients may pause or skip upcoming boxes in line with our standard subscription settings.

- Pausing or skipping does not alter the total number of boxes included in the prepaid subscription.

Validity

- Gift subscription codes must be redeemed within 24 months of purchase. After this period, the code may become invalid.

Shipping

- Gift subscriptions are currently available for UK delivery only.

General

- By purchasing or redeeming a gift subscription, both the purchaser and recipient agree to these terms.

- We reserve the right to amend these terms where necessary.
