We're obsessed with instant ramen in the Condimaniac household. I (Kier) eat it at least twice a week (Shin Ramyun ftw) and have probably tried every combination of flavours possible. This is one of my favourite variations.
Posh Instant Ramen
Instant ramen for the ramen connoisseur.
4 teaspoons Condimaniac's ramen mix
1 tablespoon kimchi
1 teaspoon honey (or agave)
1 portion of instant ramen noodles
6 pieces firm tofu (dusted in cornflour)
2 spring onions
1 tablespoon sweetcorn
3 pieces tender stem broccoli
1 teaspoon Condimaniac's ramen mix
1 teaspoon Condimaniac's The Good Bagel seasoning
Splash of sesame oil
For the ramen bowl:

Chuck the water and 4 teaspoons of Condimaniac's ramen mix in a saucepan and bring to a gentle simmer.
Add the kimchi, honey/agave, and the noodles and simmer for 5 mins.
Meanwhile heat some sesame oil in a frying pan and fry off the tofu and tender stem broccoli for 5 minutes until cooked.
In the last minute of cooking sprinkle on 1 teaspoon Condimaniac's ramen mix to season.
Place the broth and noodles in a bowl. Top with the tofu, broccoli, sweetcorn and spring onion then finish with a little of The Good Bagel seasoning.
