Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in; fully sealed, sellable condition. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit, so it is recommended you ship tracked and retain proof of postage.
To start a return, you can contact us at help@condimaniac.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note return postage is paid by you. Please note when returning gift sets or bundles, the entire gift set or bundle has to be returned.

Damages and issues
If your order arrives damaged or if you have received a wrong item or something is missing from your order, please email us within 24 hours of receipt at hello@condimaniac.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept opened items for return - only fully sealed products are eligible for a return.
We are unable to accept returns for custom hot sauces as these are made to order specifically for you.
We also cannot accept returns on mystery boxes or gift cards.
Orders to the USA: The recipient is the importer of record and is responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes and compliance with local import regulations. Condimaniac Limited is FDA registered.
We are not responsible for items seized, rejected or destroyed by USA customs or the FDA and will not be issuing any refunds for delays due to inspections or items that have bee confiscated - as well as items refused or rejected by a customer.
Exchanges
Please return the item you have as detailed above and once the return is accepted and your refund issued, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Returned orders
If your order is returned to us by Royal Mail due to incorrect delivery address or because you did not collect it from the depot, we will contact you to resolve this. If you do not reply, we will refund the order minus the shipping fee as Royal Mail also charge us for the return postage.
