Honestly guys I know this is a recipe blog on my own website and there's an expectation that I'm trying to sell you shit but SERIOUSLY. This was hands down the best cocktail I've ever tasted and It's all thanks to Jen.
Ingredients

Juice of ½ lime (plus a little for the rim)

50ml quality tequila

25ml triple sec

25ml Maple Jalapeño Syrup

1 handful ice
-
1 fresh jalapeño (sliced)

Sprinkle Tajin seasoning
Directions
Wet the rim of the glass with lime juice and upend to dust with Tajin seasoning
Add the ice to the glass
Chuck in the rest of the ingredients, squeeze in the lime juice and give it a good old stir.
Drink it immediately.
