A cheesy soft quesadilla used as the shell to a delicious fresh taco that's covered in our Bella Muerte hot sauce.
Ingredients
-
4 small tortilla wraps
-
2 handfuls of grated Mexican cheese (Or cheddar)
-
2 knobs of butter for frying
-
1 cup of your favourite mince
-
1 teaspoon Smokey Dragon Seasoning
-
1 tomato
-
½ avocado
-
1 tablespoon of pickled red onions
-
4 teaspoons soured cream
-
1 tablespoon Bella Muerte hot sauce
-
Coriander to garnish
Directions
Fry off you mince first for 5 minutes or until cooked then add the Smokey Dragon seasoning and finish for another 2 minutes. Set aside.
Chop up the tomato and avocado ready to go in the taco.
Add a knob of butter to a clean pan on a medium/low heat. Place in your tortilla wrap, then top with cheese and finally the other wrap in a sandwich. Allow it to cook until the cheese starts to melt and the tortilla is brown then flip to cook on the other side. Careful not to overcook.
Once the quesadilla is done add it to a taco stand and then begin laying in your ingredients starting with the mince, then avocado, then tomato. Top with the pickled onions, soured cream, Bella Murte hot sauce and garnish with some corriander.
Stuff your face.
