Delicious ramen in a box. Just add water!
Ingredients

1 portion of ramen noodles (Instant or another sort that doesn’t need loads of cooking)
-
3-4 teaspoons of Ramen Soup Mix and Seasoning
-
1 egg (Boiled to waxy)
-
150g of green vegetables (Broccoli, Pak Choi or similar)
-
1 tablespoon Kimchi
-
Chopped spring onions
-
The Good Bagel Seasoning (To top)

1 tablespoon bamboo shoots

Directions
Pre-fry your green vegetables making sure to keep some bite and boil your egg for 6 ½ minutes or until waxy in the centre.
Into a heatproof tuppaware start by layering the dry ramen noodles, then add three to four teaspoons of Ramen Soup Mix and top with your veg, egg and other toppings.
Close the lunchbox and then just add 400-500ml of boiling water when ready to eat. Leave for 4-5 minutes to cook the noodles and enjoy!
