Mexican Smash Tacos
Delicious soft shell tacos filled with smoky flavoured pork mince, red onion, shredded lettuce and coriander and then topped with tangy chamoy sauce.
Prep your onions, lettuce, cheese and coriander ready for topping.
Mix the Smokey Dragon seasoning with the mince and then smash onto the upside of the tacos.
Pre-heat a frying pan to a medium-high heat and fry off the tacos face down for 3 minutes.
Turn them up the other way, topped with cheese and cover to melt.
Whilst the cheese is melting chuck together your Chamoy mix and juice to make the sauce ready for drizzling.
Then build you tacos. Starting with the red onion, then the lettuce, then the coriander and finishing with that delicious chamoy sauce.
