This salad is super quick to make with only a few ingredients and really delicious. It also uses some 'Pizza The Action' seasoning to give it a pizza twist.

Inspired by countries from all over the Mediterranean this salad fuses Italian and greek flavours to make something fresh and exciting.
Ingredients

300g vine tomatoes
-
Half a cucumber
-
100g black olives
-
Half a red onion
-
1 ball mozzarella
-
5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
-
2 tablespoons Pizza The Action seasoning
Directions
Finely dice the onion, chop the tomatoes, cucumber and mozzarella.
Chuck all the chopped and non chopped ingredients in a container. Add the olive oil, balsamic and Pizza The Action seasoning.
Shake it up and serve.
