1 jar pickled Jalapeños

2 tablespoons Pizza The Action seasoning
-
4 medium sized flour tortillas
-
1 tablespoon caster sugar
Directions
Prep Ingredients
Chuck the fries onto an oven tray and bake for 15 mins at 180C (Or as instructed on the pack)
To make the pizza sauce pop the tin of tomatoes into a pot, along with the caster sugar and Pizza The Action seasoning. Bring to a simmer and heat for 10 mins, then leave to cool.
Mix the All The Ranch dry mix with the greek yoghurt (or vegan mayo and a little soy milk) and pop in the fridge for 10 mins.
Thinly slice the red onion
Build and Cook the Burrito
Lay out a piece of tin foil and plonk down two tortillas over lapping. (If they're big you'll only need one, just the ones from the supermarket are often too friggin' small)
Start with your topping. Laying the Pepperoni (or vegan alternative) in a row first.
Take out the cooked fries and place a pile lengthways.
Sprinkle on the cheddar cheese liberally.
Next layer on top some of your pizza sauce.
Then sprinkle on loads of grated mozzarella .
Add your sliced red onion and Jalapeño peppers.
Spoon on a healthy helping of ranch dressing.
Cap off with another layer of your pepperoni or other topping.
wrap that beast, and seal it up with the tin foil
Pop in an oven at 100C for 10 mins to let the cheese melt.
Cut it, eat it.
