
Loaded fries are another US import that us brits have adopted. They're decadent and delicious and now, they can also be vegan and still compete with the best.

Fries loaded with a creamy sauce, smoky bacon style bits and pickled jalapeños.

Ingredients

1 bag oven bake french fries
-
6 tablespoons of vegan soy yoghurt
-
2 tablespoons Dirty Style seasoning
-
1 bag Oumph smoky bits (Or other bacon substitute)

100g pickled Jalapeños
-
100g diced spring onions
-
Squirt of tomato ketchup
Directions
Pop the bag of fries on a large baking tray nicely spaced out and bake at 200C for 20 mins or whatever the pack says.
Meanwhile chuck the bacon bits in a pan with some oil and fry until crispy.
Pop the vegan yoghurt in a bowl and mix in the Dirty Style seasoning. Once mixed refrigerate for 15 mins.
Once cooked place the fries on a large serving plate and add a little salt.
Dollop on the Dirty Style sauce and drizzle on the tomato ketchup.
Sprinkle on the smoky bits, jalapeños and spring onion.
Eat it!
