Character: Hearty stock and familiar gravy-like herbs including sage and thyme.

Sweet bibiling Jesus this is like gravy in a bottle !! but with like a ketchupy goodness honestly the decision to buy this is one of the best things I’ve bought food wise this year , gravy lovers you need this
I came to Condimaniac just for this onion gravy ketchup but found it was the most disappointing product. The lid didn't "pop" when I opened it. So I have questioned whether I'm tasting it's authentic flavour or not because the jar wasn't sealed? It tastes really earthy with lots of the vinegar pulling through. Not for me.
The flavour was not as strong as I was expecting and is quite chunky rather than a ketchup its more of a chutney
A good sauce to mix things up, but the herbal flavor is quite forward and might not be for everybody.
Is it considered onion cannibalism if i dip fried onion rings in this sauce? If so then I have NO REGRETS!! This shit is really good. Please bury me in this bottle and nothing else. Because I want this sauce in me all the time.

This was well worth the purchase. As an intense gravy lover, this has quickly become my new favourite condiment. It’s super delicious, and was also very well packaged and arrived super quickly!
Had it in sandwiches and homemade sausage rolls so far and love it.
Wrapped up well for safe delivery. Looks so tasty I may have to get another bottle. This ones destined to be put under the tree as a Christmas gift.

Yum! So far I’ve had it on its own, with mixed raw onions, in sauces and soups and on its own with veg I have to eat. Only downside I keep running out 😊
Delicious!! I eat this with anything I can get my hands on! A mixture of onion gravy and french onion soup - so good with a sausage roll or to dip chips in

Maybe even more than they do. Had to top shelf it so they don't add it to everything.

Not what I expected, way better. Added the Onion gravy to a bacon roll just to try it. I can now never have a bacon roll without Onion Gravy Sauce! Love it.
I was hoping for maybe a more caramelised sweet onion sauce. No sure what the aftertaste is but its not enjoyable for me, others may love it. The initial sweet balsamic vinegar taste is nice but fades instantly to whatever the aftertaste is. I’ll try again in a few years to see if it evolves.
Really nice ketchup, amazing on chips.
