Description
Inspired by Korean BBQ, this sauce attempts to capture the flavour of dipping barbecued meats/vegetables into ssamjang and toasted sesame oil. We've taken classic Korean flavours like gochujang, spring onion, garlic, ginger and soybean paste but tried to make something that's more true to the Korean BBQ flavour experience. It's great as a dipping sauce but also as a marinade. Heat level 2/5

Beauty in a bottle, 27/27 wibbly eggs - would devour again.
Wasn't as hot as I thought it was going to be. But still tasted amazing.
absolutely delicious, was expecting it to be spicier but not disappointed at all.
You really get a lot of the Korean flavors, what an amazing sauce! The ssamjang flavour is very present and might not be for everyone.

Amazing, really umami Korean flavours.
I can definitely see this being a marmite flavour. I for one really like it. It's got a small kick, lovely BBQ/soy sauce/hoisin/richness to it. Would deffo buy again.
Stunning umami hit to this without being the same as every big brand bottle of korean bbq sauce that ends up tasting like every other bbq sauce with soy sauce put in. Great as a dip or a marinade.
Wasnt looking forward to this not going to lie but we decided we would try it atleast once and its changed our dinners! Never have I tried Korean BBQ before (not a BBQ person) but this can be used in so many ways and has such a lovely taste Im glad we took the risk.
A delightful Korean style BBQ sauce, nearly finished my bottle it's so tasty I would recommend this as a must buy

Love this stuff better then supermarket BBQ sauce. A lot of thought abd effort and love went into this BBQ sauce its amazing on Pulled pork. 10/10
