Description
Inspired by Korean BBQ, this sauce attempts to capture the flavour of dipping barbecued meats/vegetables into ssamjang and toasted sesame oil. We've taken classic Korean flavours like gochujang, spring onion, garlic, ginger and soybean paste but tried to make something that's more true to the Korean BBQ flavour experience. It's great as a dipping sauce but also as a marinade. Heat level 2/5

We produce all of our own condiments here in Kent. Sourcing ingredients locally wherever physically possible. Even a large proportion of our chillies come from here in the UK.
