Description
A seasoning fully inspired by the iconic Irish-Chinese spice bag: A dish traditionally consisting of chips, chicken, stir-fried onion and chilli with a strong, flavourful blend of predominantly Chinese seasonings. Use it to make your own spice bag at home (instructions further down).
This seasoning is versatile, so we've found many applications outside of a spice bag :) Try it on your eggs, roasties, grilled veg, noodle dishes and hashbrowns!
Goes great with: Chips, chicken, tofu, stir fry.
Intensely salty and sweet, with a kick of chilli and fragrant East Asian spices.
Slightly tingly sensation from sichuan pepper.
