A seasoning fully inspired by the iconic Irish-Chinese Spice Bag: A dish traditionally consisting of chips, chicken, stir-fried onion and chilli with a strong, flavourful blend of predominantly Chinese seasonings. Use it to make your own spice bag at home (instructions further down).
This seasoning is versatile, so we've found many applications outside of a spice bag :) Try it on your eggs, roasties, grilled veg, noodle dishes and hashbrowns!
Goes great with: Chips, chicken, tofu, stir fry.
Intensely salty and sweet, with a kick of chilli and fragrant East Asian spices.
Slightly tingly sensation from sichuan pepper.

This stuff is so addictive! Not just to make spice bags but we also mix with a bit of olive oils then toss in cubed or wedges of potatoes then cook in the air fryer lovingly referred to as “crack dust” in our household due to its additive nature! Have warned the kids not to use this phrase at school! Now stocking up on the refill!
Had this with some chips and I've never had anything like this before, tastes amazing.

You have to keep this forever, we make a spice bag probably once a week with this seasoning, cut up bits of southern fried chicken, fries, onions, chillies. Best spice bag ever!!

This is by far my favourite seasoning. Works really well dipping the chips/chicken in "All The Ranch" too. Love it.

Chucked it onto a fridge raid dinner of stir fried veg, frozen dumplings and tofu, mixed with some oven chips - absolutely delicious. Can see us getting through a lot of this.

Absolutely phenomenal. Bought it because i want to use it in a spring roll recipe and honestly cant believe how good it is. Cant wait to run out of it so i have to buy more. Please dont ever stop making this seasoning i might cry if you did

Not the intended use, but i really like using this as a steak seasoning which works very well.

I am now officially torn. For a few years Pizza the Action has been my #1 favourite seasoning, ever. And then in waltzes this Irish-Style Spice Bag trying to start a kerfuffle.
I ordered one, tried it once, and immediately ordered 3 more. I wasn't sure if it was limited and may have panicked in the moment.
I am putting it on everything, including small bowls of sliced tomatoes and cucumbers and it is absolutely increasing my veg intake dramatically. So good! Never stop making it, please!
Just simply … Wow. As someone who lived on spice bags when visiting Dublin a few years ago I’ve always found it really difficult to find a decent seasoning that gave even a hint of the taste I loved. I usually resort to attempting to make my own but still nothing like an actual spice bag. Couldn’t wait to try this and it was so worth the wait. I made crispy chicken wings using this seasoning and they were by far the best wings I’ve ever made. The family loved them! So worth the money and will be stocking up again. Highly highly highly recommend!
This spice bag seasoning is a flavour bomb! Perfect mix of heat, garlic, and savoury goodness — just like a proper takeaway. It’s the best I’ve had since I lived in Dublin. Great on chips, chicken, or veg. Easy to use and super addictive. A must-have for every kitchen!
Unbelievable. Tastes just as good, dare I say better than proper spice bags. Perfect balance of umami and spice, goes on literally everything. Recently had it on a sunday dinner and renamed it to spicebag sundays, its that good.
Added to plain boiled spuds with butter..OMG...got this little beauty with my 100% British Ketchup...who cares if Winter is coming, with these condimants it's going to be delicious <3
