Goes great with: tacos, rice, burritos, cheese

I’m so pleased to have got my hands on this- it’s genuinely levelled up my cooking. It’s incredibly tasty and so easy to use. I love how versatile it is: I use it to season soy mince, add flavour to vegetables, and rescue bland rice. I even gifted one to my sister, and she loves it as a dip and for making beef and chicken birria tacos.
We used to have a micro pub in town that had food vans visit on the weekends,, one of them did Birra tacos, I’ve been desperate to have them again since the pub closed, but could never find the food vans name.
HOWEVER I need to search no longer, I made my own using this seasoning and the flavour replicated the food vans… I’ve already sent the recipe & link to the seasoning to a friend who also used to enjoy the same Birra tacos 🖤

This stuff is awesome. Meat, veggies, soups, even for making a quick guac, everything is better when it tastes of birria, especially, birria.
Delicious, versatile and fabulous in chilli con carne. Adds depth of flavour and really enhances dish.

We produce all of our own condiments here in Kent. Sourcing ingredients locally wherever physically possible. Even a large proportion of our chillies come from here in the UK.
