I thought i'd invented a new fast food. It turns out it already existed and it's the best thing The North has ever done for food.

Also know as a pie barm. A delicious crispy beef pie placed on a bed of minty mushy peas and topped with chips and savoury onion gravy ketchup. Housed in a massive bread roll. Actual heaven.
Ingredients
-
1 pukka pie or similar
-
1 large bread roll (barm)
-
1 handful chunky chips
-
1 tablespoon Onion Gravy Ketchup
-
1 handful fozen peas
-
Fresh mint
-
Salt and pepper to taste
-
A slug of olive oil
Directions
Chuck the chips and pie in the over to cook as directed on the packet.
Boil some water and cook your frozen peas also as directed. They should only take 5 mins.
When done drain the peas then add the oil, mint and a grind of salt and pepper. Mash the peas until crushed up and smooth-ish.
When cooked remove the pie and chips.
Layer up your Wigan Kebab by placing down the roll then adding the mushy/crushy peas to the bottom. Place your pie on top, then the chips, then slather with Onion Gravy Ketchup.
Top with the other half of the bun. Press down and take a massive bite. Prepare to be amazed.
