Succulent chicken and pizza flavoured croutons on a bed of fresh salad. Covered in delicious ranch dressing.
Ranch Salad with Pizza Croutons
Crispy spiced chicken layed on a bed of fresh salad and slathered in proper ranch sauce.
To make vegan: Just use fake chicken.
1 crispy chicken thigh burger (The Aldi ones are great)
2 handfuls chopped lettuce
1 chopped tomato
¼ chopped red onion
½ chopped avocado
2 tablespoons sweetcorn
Sprinkle chopped fresh parsely
¼ baguette chopped into chunks
Splash olive oil
1 tablespoon Pizza The Action
1 tablespoon mayo
1 tablespoon milk (or soy milk)
1 tablespoon All The Ranch Dressing Mix

For the ranch dressing
Cook your chicken (or fake chicken) as directed in the packet. (Probably in an oven)
Put the baguette chunks into a baking tray. Cover in the olive oil and sprinkle with Pizza The Action then bake in the oven at 180C for 5 minutes or until golden.
Layer up the salad in a bowl starting with the lettuce, then tomato, then onion, then avocado, then sweetcorn, then parsley.
Lay the croutons and chicken on top.
Mix up your delicious ranch dressing ingredients in a bowl and drizzle all over the salad.
