Waldorf salad containing walnuts, celery, apple and lettuce. Covered in chunks of Quorn chicken and creamy blue cheese dressing.
To make meaty: Just exchange quorn for chicken.
Ingredients

1 pack Quorn chunk

1 head Romaine lettuce (shredded)

1 sticks celery (chopped)

1 apple (chopped)

2 handfuls walnut pieces

3 teaspoons Blue Bandit blue cheese dressing mix

3 teaspoons vegan mayo (or egg mayo if you prefer)

3 teaspoons soy yoghurt (or soured cream)
For the dressing
Directions
Mix up the ingredients for the blue cheese dressing and set aside in the fridge.
Chop all the ingredients for the salad and chuck in a bowl.
Fry off the Quorn chunks for 5 minutes until browned.
Dust the Quorn pieces in blue bandit seasoning
Add to the salad, top with the dressing and mix.
