Sausages and gravy work. Gravy and cheese works. Bread is delicious. So is this sandwich.
Ingredients

3 to 4 sausages
-
2 pieces of thick crusty bread
-
Butter for spreading
-
Onion Gravy Ketchup
-
4 hash brown waffles
-
Dry Roasted Seasoning
-
A handful of cheddar cheese
Directions
Dust the hash brown waffles with Dry Roasted Seasoning and place in the oven on 180C for 15 minutes or until golden.
Meanwhile fry off your sausages until cooked through.
Butter the crusty bread and load up with sausages.
Top the sausages with the hash browns, cheese and plenty of Onion Gravy Ketchup.
Put the lid on the sandwich, cut in half and stuff your face.
