Classic Mac n' Cheese with a pizza twist!

Mac n' Cheese with added pizza flavours and string mozzarella cheese.
Ingredients

300g dried Macaroni pasta

100g butter
-
1 tablespoon all purpose flour

200g grated Cheddar cheese
-
2 tablespoons Pizza The Action seasoning

1 packet garlic and herb croutons
-
350ml milk
-
Pinch of salt
-
1 handful grated mozzarella
Directions
Bring a pan of water to the boil and add a generous pinch of salt.
Add the macaroni and boil for 10 minutes or until cooked.
Meanwhile make a roux by heating the butter in a pan and adding the flour. Cook for 3 minutes.
Slowly add the milk to create a smooth white sauce.
Add most of the Cheddar cheese saving a little to sprinkle on the top.
Add the Pizza The Action seasoning and cooking into the sauce for 5 minutes.
Place the cooked pasta into a baking tray and pour over the sauce. Add a handful of grated mozzarella and mix together.
Sprinkle the croutons and the rest of the Cheddar on top and place in a pre-heated oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
