Pizza flavoured burger, steeped in mozzarella cheese, with two pizza's rather than a bun.
Ingredients

500g beef or veggie mince (12% fat)

1 onion (finely chopped)
-
1 large handful of Mozzarella cheese

3 tablespoons Pizza The Action seasoning

1 egg (beaten)
-
4 snack sized pizzas
-
8 slices burger cheese (the fake stuff, it's the best)

Tomato Ketchup
For the patties
To build the burgers
Directions
Chuck the patty ingredients in a mixing bowl and squish together with your hands until well mixed.
Meanwhile pop the snack pizzas into the oven on 160C and HALF cook for 5 minutes.
Shape the burger patty in your hands to the same size as the pizzas.
Put some oil in a frying pan and cook the burger until medium rare or 3 minutes on each side.
Take out the pizzas, garnish with ketchup and burger cheese then place you burger in the centre of one of them.
Place the other pizza face down on top so that the pizzas act as the burger bun.
Glaze with the last of the beaten egg and sprinkle with more pizza the action, cheese or sesame seeds.
Pop back in the oven for another 5-7 minutes at 180C or until the pizzas have finished cooking.
