Stretching the concept of a recipe as this is rather easy, but boy does it taste good! Beautifully fragrant mince on top tortilla chips with tonnes of cheese.
Ingredients

500g of your preferred mince
-
1 bag plain tortilla chips
-
75g Manchego Cheese
-
75g raclette or mozzarella cheese
-
2 tsp Birria Taco Seasoning
-
5 tsp Mexican Salsa Verde
-
5 tsp soured cream
-
1 fresh tomato
-
Spring onion to sprinkle
-
1 large avocado
-
Smokey Dragon Hot Sauce
-
1 bulb crushed garlic
-
1 tsp lemon juice
Directions
Fry off your mince until cooked through. When nearly done add the Birria Taco Seasoning and brown off for 2 minutes.
Whilst mince is cooking prepare your guac by mashing the avocado and adding a pinch of salt, pepper, lemon juice and crushed garlic.
Put your tortilla chips in an over proof bowl then sprinkle on top the meat.
Cover with your cheese and place under the grill on a medium heat until melted.
Top the cheesy tortillas with blobs of salsa, guac and sourced cream.
Sprinkle with chopped tomatoes and spring onion.
Eat with copious amounts of hot sauce.
