A large wrap coated in a puree of spiced peppers and onion and then filled with succulent Oumph! kebab spiced pieces, creamy ranch and a mixed salad.
All completely vegan!
Ingredients

1/2 brown onion finely diced

1/2 red bell pepper finely diced

3 tablespoons red pepper paste

1 tablespoon Séance hot sauce

1 pinch salt
-
1 pinch pepper
-
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder

2 cloves garlic (chopped)

3 teaspoons All The Ranch dressing mix

5 teaspoons plain vegan soy yoghurt
-
1 pack Oumph! Kebab Spiced
-
1/2 red onion (sliced)
-
Handful sliced red cabbage (seasoned with olive oil and lemon)

Handful of pitted black olives
-
3 pickled green peppers
-
Handful chopped fresh parsley

1 large lavash bread wrap
For the red pepper paste
For the wrap
Directions
Pop a bit of olive oil in a saucepan
Fry up the onion, garlic and red peppers until soft
Add in the red pepper paste and Séance hot sauce and cook down for a further 2 minutes.
Spread the paste mixture all over the lavash bread.
Layer up the fillings onto the wrap and top with the ranch dressing and parsely.
Wrap tight and enjoy!
