Just like the much loved sandwich shop's version. Made at home in 15 minutes.
To make vegan: Just use vegan meatballs and mayo.

Ingredients

1 bag frozen meatballs (Or vegan meatballs)
-
1 tin chopped tomatoes
-
2 sub rolls
-
2 teaspoons All The Ranch dressing mix
-
2 teaspoons Hellman's Mayo (or vegan mayo)
-
Splash soy milk
-
1 tablespoon Pizza The Action seasoning

Salad of your choice (We used lettuce, red onion, sweetcorn and black olives)
Directions
Cut and toast the bun in the warm frying pan.
Add olive oil and fry the meatballs for 5 minutes or until crispy.
Add the tin of tomatoes and Pizza The Action seasoning then reduce for another 5 minutes.
Meanwhile thinly slice the salad and mix up the ranch dressing by mixing together the mayo, milk and powder in a little bowl.
Build your sub and wrap up in a sheet of greaseproof paper for the authentic experience.
