All the goodness of a chicken kebab with none of the carbs. Perfect for a light summer barbecue!
Low Carb Barbecued Chicken Shish Kebab

Succulent charred chicken flavoured with a spicy rub wrapped in fresh lettuce leaves with all the trimmings.
1 pack chicken breast strips
10g Condimaniac's Smokey Dragon Rub
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 large iceberg lettuce leaves
2 tablespoons greek yoghurt (or soy yoghurt)
1 tablespoon Condimaniac's All The Ranch Dressing Mix
1 red onion
Handful of pickles
200g sliced white cabbage
150g feta cheese
10ml Lemon juice
Pinch of salt
pinch of sumac
Condimaniac's Séance hot sauce
Push the chicken breast onto the skewers and brush with olive oil.
Dust the glazed chicken with Smokey Dragon Rub and rub into the meat.
Grill the chicken on a hot barbecue for 10 minutes or until charred and tender.
Whilst the chicken is grilling prepare the veg. Chop the tomatoes, onions and cabbage, then toss the cabbage in a little olive oil, lemon juice, salt and sumac.
Put the greek yoghurt in a small dish, mix in the ranch dressing powder and set aside.
Cover in delicious ranch dressing then top with some Séance hot sauce for a kick.
Arrange your two large lettuce leaves in a wide bowl ready to take the filling
When the chicken is ready take off the skewer and place into the leaves, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
