Creamy, tangy, fermented and nutty this sauce is packed full of flavour and perfect on a burger.
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon Kewpie mayo
- 2 tablespoons mayo
- 1 heaped tablespoon fermented kimchi
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon mirin
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Directions
Stick it all in a blender and blend.
