For those of us that just one helping of ranch isn't enough, we have the double ranch burger. With ranch slaw and ranch pickles.
To make vegan: Just use a vegan burger and vegan mayo.
Double Ranch Burger (With ranch slaw and ranch pickles)

A succulent burger dressed in ranch slaw, smokey hot sauce and ranch pickles.
Ingredients

1 jar dill pickles
-
2 burgers (Or veggie burgers)
-
6 teaspoons of All The Ranch dressing mix
-
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
-
2 tablespoons Smokey Dragon hot sauce
-
1 tablespoon lemon juice
-
1 handful finely sliced red onion
-
1 handful finely sliced red cabbage
-
Rocket for the burger
-
2 seeded brioche burger buns
Directions
To make the ranch pickles
Add 4 teaspoons of All The Ranch dressing mix to a jar of dill pickles. Shake and leave over night.
To make the slaw
Slice the red onion and red cabbage on a mandolin slicer.
Add to a bowl with the mayonnaise, lemon juice and two teaspoons of ranch dressing mix.
Build the burger
Cook the burgers as directed on the packet.
Start with the bottom bun and add the slaw to the bottom. This is important as it will hit your tongue first.
Then place on the burger, top with the ranch pickles, Smokey Dragon hot sauce and rocket.
Put the lid on and enjoy.
