Everyone loves wings! These ones though are a bit more punchy and 100% vegan.
Super Hot Cauliflower Wings and Vegan Ranch Dip
Delicious, crispy cauliflower florets drenched in rich buffalo sauce and dipped in creamy ranch dressing.
1 cauliflower head
3 tsp ranch seasoning
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp dried sage
100ml soy milk (or other milk alternative)
40ml of Condimaniac’s Flying fox super-hot sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 level tbsp of Condimaniac’s Vegan Ranch Dry-Mix
1 tbsp of soy milk (or other milk alternative)
1 heaped tbsp vegan mayonnaise
Cut the cauliflower head in half and break off the florets into 3cm pieces.
Mix the ‘wings’ dry and wet ingredients into a large bowl until smooth.
Add the cauliflower florets and use hands to coat well in the batter.
Cover a baking tray in greaseproof paper and spread out the battered cauliflower on the tray.
Place in a preheated oven at 230 degrees C and bake for 20 mins, turning half way through.
Meanwhile mix the ingredients for the super-hot coating in a bowl.
Remove the ‘wings’ after 20 minutes and brush with the super-hot mixture.
Return to the oven and bake for a further 20 minutes until golden and crispy.
Add dry and wet ingredients into a bowl. Mix and place in the fridge for 30 minutes. That’s it!
