Super Hot Cauliflower Wings and Vegan Ranch Dip

Ingredients

Wings

• 1 cauliflower head

• 100g flour

• 3 tsp ranch seasoning

• 1 tsp smoked paprika

• 1 tsp dried sage

• 100ml soy milk (or other milk alternative)

Super-hot coating

• 40ml of Condimaniac’s Flying fox super-hot sauce

• 1 tbsp olive oil

• 1 tbsp maple syrup

Ranch dressing

• 1 level tbsp of Condimaniac’s Vegan Ranch Dry-Mix

• 1 tbsp of soy milk (or other milk alternative)

• 1 heaped tbsp vegan mayonnaise
