The best way to eat a roast dinner is as a pizza.
Yorkshire pudding base, red wine gravy sauce, roast dinner toppings, all covered in stringy cheese.
To make vegan: Just use vegan cheese.
Ingredients
-
1 box stuffing mix
-
2 medium parsnips
-
10-15 brussel sprouts
-
Quorn roast (Or meat of your choice)
-
1/2 cup red wine
-
1 cup water
-
2 teaspoons Pizza The Action seasoning
-
2 tablespoons gravy granules
-
2 extra large Yorkshire puddings
Directions
Prepare the vegetables. Chop the parsnips into small pieces and the sprouts in half.
Put the stuffing mix into a bowl, add hot water as directed and leave for 10 minutes. Roll into balls and add to the baking tray.
Cover the veg in a little vegetable oil, season with salt and pepper then bake in the oven along with the Quorn roast and stuffing at 180C for around 25 minutes (or as directed).
Whilst that's roasting add the wine and water to a pot and turn onto a low heat. Add the Pizza The Action seasoning and gravy granules and stir until thickened then take off the heat.
Flour a board and once defrosted roll out the Yorkshire pudding flat to make the base.
Remove your roasted veg and 'meat' from the oven and then add the sauce to the base, layering your toppings as your heart desires.
Add the cheese on top and chuck in the oven on a high heat for 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted and browning.
Eat it and have your mind blown.
