We british love double carbs. This is new to our repertoire.
3 medium mashing potatoes cut into chunks
2 nobs of butter
2 tablespoons double cream
1 teaspoon Dry Roasted Seasoning
2 slices of white bread
100g cheddar cheese
Peel and then boil the potatoes for 20 minutes. Checking that they’re cooked through with a knife.
Add the butter, double cream and dry roasted seasoning then give the spuds a good mash.
Toast the bread, spread with butter then spread the mash on top.
Top with cheese and then place under the grill until browned and melted.
