-
6 hard shell tacos
-
400g diced beef (or black beans if you're vegan)
-
1 pack taco spice mix
-
1 small red onion (diced)
-
2 cloves of garlic (diced)
-
Handful of shredded gem lettuce
-
Handful of chopped spring onion
-
2 teaspoons mayo
-
2 teaspoons yoghurt
-
2 teaspoons Blue Bandit Blue Cheese Dressing
-
Drizzle of Bella Muerte Hot Sauce
-
1 tablespoon vegetable oil for frying
Directions
Heat the oil on a pan in a medium heat.
Add the onion and garlic and sweat off for 3 minutes.
Turn the heat up on the pan and quickly seer on all sides for around 2 minutes then reduce heat again.
Sprinkle over with the taco seasoning and cook for 1 more minute.
Mix up the blue cheese dressing by popping 2 teaspoons mayo, 2 teaspoons yoghurt and 2 teaspoons blue bandit in a pot, then refridgerate.
Fill the tacos with the spiced beef chunks. Drizzle with blue cheese dressing and Bella Muerte hot sauce and then top with shredded lettuce and spring onion.
