Ingredients

1 pack of Jus-rol pizza dough

2 tablespoons tomato puree
-
2 teaspoons of Pizza The Action seasoning

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
-
4 disks of pepperoni or vegan pastrami

Basil to garnish
-
1 packet grated mozzarella cheese
-
150ml milk (or soy milk)
-
1 tablespoon mayo (or vegan mayo)

2 teaspoons All The Ranch Dressing mix
For the pizzas
For the ranch milk
Directions
Flour a surface and then roll out the pizza dough as thinly as possible.
When rolled out use a shot measure to cut out the little pizza disks.
Add the dough disks to a baking tray covered in greaseproof paper.
Mix the Pizza the Action seasoning with the tomato puree and balsamic vinegar. Then spread on the disks.
Sprinkle a little mozzarella cheese on each disk.
Use a straw to cut out tiny little pepperoni pieces.
Sprinkle the pepperoni on the little pizzas.
Bake for 5 minutes or until golden and the cheese is melted.
Mix the ranch milk ingredients in a mixing jug and cover the mini pizzas!
